SYNTAXVAULT STANDARD LICENSES

Know what your license allows.

These standard terms apply when a creator lists an asset under one of the SyntaxVault license types below. The creator remains the owner of the asset unless separately stated; the buyer receives the usage rights described by the purchased license.

License version: September 1, 2026

Rules that apply to every license

You may use an asset only within the scope of the license purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, or make the original source asset available as a standalone download or competing asset. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original asset. A creator must have the rights necessary to license what they upload. SyntaxVault's technical scan does not prove copyright ownership or guarantee that an asset is free of third-party claims.

Important marketplace note

A license grants usage rights; it does not transfer copyright. Third-party trademarks, likenesses, music, software, or other rights may require separate permission. These are SyntaxVault's standard marketplace terms for listed assets, not a statement that every possible use is legally cleared in every jurisdiction.
